Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and personalization reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Engraved items
- Gift cards
- Earrings that have been worn
- Any item showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery
UK Consumer Rights
If you purchase online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and then a further 14 days to return the item. These rights apply in addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy.
